"Breakfast Service from the Breakfast crew"

"The room was very well stocked- the included breakfast was wonderful."

"Upon arrival, we were initially disappointed with the location, lack of kitchen supplies and little things like no coffee and end tables, tiny bedroom closet so no place to put both our clothes, suitcases, etc…. But we soon figured out the metro, appreciated the grocery store next door, and really enjoyed the heated rooftop pool that was still open. All in all, everything worked out fine and think it was good value."

"The room was very nice with an amazing semi-private patio out the glass doors. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Shower was great ( but hard to get completely off). The furnishings were lovely but the addition of a small safe would be nice!"

"Sauber, grossräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, zentral gelegen."

"I stayed at the hotel (and the area) as I was there for the Ironman event. The hotel and all surrounding hotels were very busy; 6000 athletes plus their families were on site. This seemed to come as a complete shock to the hotel as they had not made any plans and or provisions for hungry people! The food ranged from brilliant to awful. One night all food was cool/cold; soup was being served cold. The staff where great. It was madness that bar snacks at the pool was better than restaurant/buffet...

"Close to the things to see in Lisbon. Nice cozy room with everything we needed for a great stay. Didn’t know there are two properties under this brand. Made it difficult for storing our bags until the room was ready. I probably didn’t read the information. Would stay here again for sure."

"What a unique and lovely hotel! The room had such character , the bed was so comfy, and the room had so many amenities. The staff was so very helpful and the taxi service they arranged for us was great! It was our favorite hotel of our trip!"

"The rooms are neat and tidy and very spacious . The location is amazing ."
