"Really convenient for visiting Plitivice Park. Entrance 2 is just below the hotel. We paid for day passes for the park and they were able to extend them for the length of our stay, which was a nice bonus. The staff was really accommodating and helpful. They let us store our bags before/after check in and check out so that we could explore. They also gave us a free shuttle ride to the bus stop. Food options are so-so but you’re not there for the food. Our room was small and dated, but I think...

"This is a really beautiful villa. Beautifully designed and decorated. The room gives a rustic feel. It is spacious. The balcony is private. It is close to the national park (6 km). The owner is very nice. He helped us carry luggage upstairs."

The hotel arranged the Mreznica River kayaking and it was challenging with so much fun. The staff are all very helpful, friendly. "From the photos I expected a dusty rustic cabin. Instead I found a clean room, although the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was modern and clean. The kitchenette was small but effective. The Nespresso machine was appreciated. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. You leave your luggage in their parking lot, where an attendant picks up and delivers it to your room/cabin. We had an upstairs unit so climbing stairs was required. Being upstairs we could sleep with the windows open and...

"This is a very good location from which to visit Plitvice Lakes. I tried to figure out how to make the most of day there ahead of time, but it was hard to envision. The manager gave us simple directions which made the journey easy. This hotel is located near entrance three, used by far fewer people than the other two entrances, so we were able to avoid large crowds. Food was also very good!"

"Very nice little “cottage”, albeit more like a mini-hotel inside. You don’t have the whole place to yourself, there are several rooms. Very close to the national park (10 minutes walk) and surrounded by nice countryside. The rooms are spacious with a large bath, TV, mini-bar etc. The bathroom was a little small and dated in my opinion and didn’t quite match some of the other parts of the building. The bedding also felt a little cheap (e.g., the fitted sheet didn’t fit and kept coming off)....
