"This is a simply wonderful hotel. The rooms are impeccably designed and the beds are very comfortable. I have terrible problems with my neck and was thrilled to find that one of the piillows was a latex orthopedic pillow. I've tried dozens of pillows and none have worked, but this one did wonders for my neck. "Strong AC, big bed, well located and clean swimming pool, but you have to pay per person and per day if you want to use it. The men at reception were kind, but one of the ladies (I guess Valentina) very rude, the housekeeping was good, but they didn't add any shampoo or change the bedding. At the restaurant they were lovely! But most of the time time staff seemed to neglect me. Maybe because I booked through the APP? "The staff was pleasant, the breakfast very nice, pool clean and cool- room very small and dated. Limited space. Walk to a public beach was very long and you went through a dirty trailer park to get to it- parking difficult- overall wasn’t especially impressive."
