"Great little Boutique hotel. Outside the walls of the old city but an easy and short walk into town.Street parking is plentiful. Hotel is clean, upgraded, with quirky decorating that is tasteful. Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff was extremely nice, professional and accommodating . Be aware no elevator. Loved San Quirico d’Orcia. Smaller mountaintop town, highly walkable , not overrun by tourists but the same charm, history and leisure options as the larger towns in Tuscany."

"Scott and Steve were fantastic on a personal level. Their efforts at reviving this once tired property is astounding. Great job guys. The room was clean and roomy for us to move around.
