"Incredible experience at this wonderful hotel. Even though we arrived pretty early, they were able to check us in to one of our rooms right away. They also generously upgraded our other room. The location of the property is very central and within walking distance to all the main points of interest in Cagliari as well as many great stores to shop, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel itself was formerly a palace so there’s some pretty cool history to it and impressive architecture, while still having amenities with the latest technology and contemporary style. The rooms (more accurately suites) were very spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. They also had balconies to take in the lovely view of the city and sea the hotel boasts. The real highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing staff. Isabella at reception warmly greeted us at check in and personally escorted us to our room. She also asked us a lot of good questions so she could then make recommendations of places to go and things to do based on our interests, all of which were on point. They even gave us a map that they made their notes for us on! The bell desk and servers in the restaurant were also extremely friendly and attentive. Speaking of the restaurant, their breakfast is to die for. Everything we had (which was quite a bit) was delicious. I believe they’re included on the Michelin guide, so that tells you something. Big thank you to the hotel for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable."
