"First, we asked two questions through the Expedia app and did not receive an answer. Second, apparently parking inside the gated community is not available. We were not given a code for the car gate. We waited untill a tenant opened it and followed them in. Then we had confusion because there are three entrys to the building, not one. Another tenant at the first entrance was rude, not helpful and told us to move our car. We found a wonderful tenant walking her dog. She put her car in the...

"The stuff was kind and helpfull"

"This is a comfortable property with great staff and an excellent breakfast. Its location is not the greatest however - remote and next door to a major power generation station. The rooms are comfortable and clean - brand new - with spacious showers that have the best pressure I’ve experienced on this recent trip. The drain in the sink was plugged, however. I loved that the room was provided with a carafe for water from the filter station in the hallway… no plastic waste!"

"Appartements are modern clean good lightning, but they forgot to clean inside the bed, it was full of dust and even other belongings, and bed is designed in a way you can close it up. Nice view from balcony I'd suggest to leave some dish soap and more paper considering the duration of the stay."

"The staff was outstanding. Very helpful, professional, and friendly. Appreciated the late check out and parking. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The have an excellent gym as far as hotels go. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel molto carino, pulito. Un po' troppo rumoroso a livello generale"

"neither professional nor friendly."

"フロントのみなさんは、私の乏しい英会話能力に対しても、愛想よく、親しみのある接し方をしていただきました。 併設のサウナは素晴らしく、長時間利用しました。 またポーランドに来る時があれば、宿泊したいです。"

"Our stay was greatb but the breakfast, especially the scrambled “eggs” was disappointing and not up to standard"

"Beautiful elegant hotel at the edge of the Old Town, in the "New Town". Very well maintained, with a great pool in the lower ground floor, very welcome after a long day exploring. Very comfortable room facing internal open courtyard, very quiet. Excellent spacious bathroom. We ate in the restaurant on our first night, excellent quality food. Very close to many other restaurants, highly recommend Freta 33. Easy location to get Uber to airport."

"Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Frühstück ist schon sehr überlaufen, man sollte die früheren Zeiten nutzen. So zumindest während unserem Aufenthalt. Das die Zimmer nur auf Wunsch gereinigt werden ist ja in Ordnung, jedoch sollte man schon mal Toilettenpapier nachfüllen. Jetzt wegen Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption nachfragen finde ich in einem Hotel schon befremdlich."
