He gave us really useful suggestions about places to visit and activities to do in the surrounding area. We visited Rome, went to the beach in Sabaudia and enjoyed the Cori countryside. "What a beautiful little find this place was. The photos don’t actually do the place enough justice. It is beautiful. Set in rural countryside but close to shops and just a 20 min train ride to Rome. The hosts were just wonderful. They were so kind and approachable and extremely helpful. We could not have asked for better hosts than Isobelle and Patrice. And their English was fantastic! "Beautiful old stone home with all the amenities. A fully stocked kitchen large enough for 6-8 to eat at the table. The views outside the windows are spectacular! "Das kleine Häuschen steht auf dem Grund einer ehemaligen Landwirtschaft. Ist mitten im "Nichts" und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Der riesige Garten und der Pool können jederzeit mit benutzt werden. Die Ausstattung ist gut, sogar eine Waschmaschine vorhanden. Die Eigentümer leben nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation war optimal."

"Stayed here May 2023 with a group of seven friends and family. Our hosts were so lovely to deal with and very responsive to any requests we had. The villa is wonderful inside and out, with beautifully maintained gardens and the best outdoor cooking area we’ve ever had in a villa like this. "We arrived after a 120km drive from a villa in the hills to stay at a fun resort by the sea for our son including swimming pools. Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. The staff seemed to be unconcerend and confused this was a problem, our son however was very distraught."
