"What a great place this is. We were looking for somewhere outside of Rome to be able to go to the beaches-coast and wineries and not too far south and clean, this place checked all the boxes. The hosts were very welcoming and kind and the property is gorgeous. (You'd need a vehicle to stay here). They have recommended restaurants near by and fast wifi. I think the only extra that would have been nice (although maybe they do if we had asked), is if they had wine glasses and a corker in room. And...

"A true diamond of the Umbrian countryside. This beautifully maintained historic property overlooks woodland and fields. The garden is well kept with lots of fruit trees, limes, pomegranate and flowers. Plenty of shade and sun. Breakfast in the garden was just lovely, a friendly cat came to visit every morning!
