"Nos alojamos con 7 amigos durante un fin de semana largo y disfrutamos mucho de la casa. la propiedad es hermosa y perfecta para un grupo. ¡Nuestro favorito era la gran piscina fresca de manantial de montaña! La anfitriona fue muy amable e incluso nos trajo tomates y pepinos frescos de su jardín. Antes de irnos, recorrió el resto de la enorme casa que también se puede alquilar. Es un hermoso espacio, ideal para una gran fiesta. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!"

"Maison avec une décoration très datée. Douche: eau soit glacée soit bouillante ! Pas de climatisation.... On y etouffe!!! Horrible pour dormir (même si deux ventilateurs mis à disposition) Le train passe à partir de 4h du matin juste derrière la maison et siffle car gare à 1km. "

"This was a great place for our first “home” in Spain after moving to Empuriabrava on a long term visa. The house was small and efficient with a washer and clothes line. The property has a continuous wall and locking gate so it was perfect for our dogs. Thee are also a pair or cushy patio chairs to enjoy the wonderful weather and Tramuntana winds. "Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. + Die Kommunikation war problemlos und freundlich. Man konnte in wenigen Minuten tolle Strände anfahren und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr viele in der Umgebung. Die Betten waren gemütlich. Die Temperatur im Haus war dank Klimaanlage super angenehm. Es wurde ein Anfangspaket mit Schwamm, Putzlappen, Geschirrspülmaschinentabs zur Verfügung gestellt. "We stayed here for four weeks and we had the most wonderful time. The apartment is spaced and has a gorgeous little garden with a little swimming pool big enough to swim a few laps. Everything was tastefully decorated, clean and new. Towels, linen, soaps, shampoo, hairdryer…everything was provided. There was nothing that hadn’t been thought of. "Joaquim was the best host! His very clean and beautifully set up apartment was great for our stay in L'Escala. Joaquim and his partner welcomed us, talked with us about very close sites- Greek and Roman ruins, and about regional sites- medieval towns and delicious resturants. He made sure we knew how to use everything - washer, dishwasher, coffee maker, thermostat and even the outdoor pool (which we did not use). He even left us a nice bottle of wine!
