"Stayed there every single time, and this is my third time for this year. Every time is also at level 7. First 2 times was good, but not this round. Believe the housekeeping can do a better job. Hairs on wash basins upon checked-in and stains around shower area. Room was dusty as my sensitive nose keep sneezing, don't think hotels nowadays do vacuum the carpet everyday. I spotted my own hair on the carpet (same spot) for the entire stay."

"The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful with any requests. Location is good. Just next door to the KLCC shopping mall. The buffet breakfast is comprehensive with Western, Chinese, Indian and Malaysian dishes. Rooms are large and well appointed."

"Excellent all in all, but they kept denying my Grab delivery person entry. 😕"
