"We checked in at 1am because of flight delays but even at that time, the front desk assistant was friendly and helpful (providing info on how to get to the skytrain and schedules). The room was literally HUGE and the beds very comfortable. There was a sofa in there that was as big as a bed so I had one of my daughter sleep in it. We missed breakfast because of our early flight, but our overall experience was great."

"The room and hotel was clean and I was upgraded to a suite but, it was for a handicapped person and the bed was very very low. I just had back surgery which the bathroom was perfect but not the bed."
