As you park along the fully landscaped concrete driveway, you'll ascend the central external staircase to enter the heart of the home. The ground level features a spacious central living room, with three bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a laundry branching off from this hub.
Venture upstairs to find an expansive open-plan living area, where the entire width of the building frames a breathtaking ocean view. This bright and airy space integrates the living, dining, and kitchen areas, all infused with a sense of warmth and comfort. A wood fire, large comfy lounge suite, and touches of timber enhance the homely feel.
The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking, featuring an electric cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, and a range of cooking essentials.
