"綺麗で清潔、朝ご飯もいいです。屋上のインフィニティプール、砂場付きもいい感じでした。が、１つだけ、ハズタブに溜めるお湯が錆か？汚れで流石にはいれないぐらい汚いお湯が出てきたので水の管理、確認はしっかりして欲しいです。それ以外はまた、活用させて頂きたく思います。ありがとうございました。"

"The room was below being awful or below being dirty I don’t recommend anyone to go there, I was not able to stay in it"

"初めてのインドネシア出張で宿泊しました。英語が話せない私にもスタッフの皆さんが親切に対応してくださり、とても好印象でした。朝食のバイキングも充実していて、満足できました。また訪れた際には利用したいホテルです😊 I stayed here on my first business trip to Indonesia. Even though I don’t speak English, all the staff were very kind and helpful, which left a great impression on me. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection, and I really enjoyed it. I would love to stay here again on my next visit. 😊"

"Great hospitality iverall and impeccable service in the breakfast room."

"The staff was incredible and the hotel is very clean and had great amenities"

"Expedia didn't help at all in the cancellation process / instead to acting in the moment decided to act 3 days after !!!!! worst service ever !!!!!"

"We had a 1 night stop over and it was good, clean and convenient. Unfortunately we had an early flight so we couldn't try the breakfast. The pool was lovely"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, their English was clear. The rooms were a bit tired, not unclean, just stained in the grout. The breakfast had a wide variety but the coffee was not good, there are so many good coffee places not far. The water was not sealed so we bought from the supermarket almost next door."

"IQBAL was particularly. I am 81 and walk with a cane. Hee was very helpffuuland mzde sure I was well looked over. Facilities were good value for money. Well worth it! Highly recommended."

"Overall, my stay at Whiz Luxe Hotel in Surabaya was okay, but I was disappointed with the suite. Despite paying extra, the room felt very basic and didn’t offer much more than my parents’ standard room. I honestly didn’t feel the upgrade was worth the money. I also found the check-in process strange. Although I booked and paid for my own room, the front desk staff allowed my dad to sign my paperwork instead of asking me to sign it myself. Accessing the pool and gym was also inconvenient....

"رائعة لكن في البداية طلبوا مني تأمين 5.000.000 روبية "

"Overall, my stay at Vasa Hotel was okay, but improvements are needed. Although I booked a suite, it didn’t feel much different from my parents’ standard room. They had a king bed, while mine seemed to have two twin beds pushed together, which creaked when I lay in the middle. I enjoyed the well-equipped gym, which had a separate yoga or Pilates room with mats. There also appeared to be a spa toward the back. Unfortunately, the pool was poorly maintained, with missing tiles that felt rough and...
