Basic but very good value for money
Very basic hotel. Room is small so if u got lots of luggage u might struggle to find space for it. Mattress is somehow very comfy as I got some very good sleep. Location is excellent where lots of shops n cafe restaurants on the street. The area is very safe to walk at night and metro station is within a few minutes walk

Didnt get the room after booked from Expedia
I got this reservation from Expedia but the room was taken by other customer since before I booked but expedia still showed that my room was avaiable so now I am trying to get the refund back from Expedia. Expedia should have not let me book the room or even show available room. Im sure that was not the 24 guesthouse ‘s fualt but I hope they both would do refund asap

Good Except For The Smell
This would be a great hostel to stay in for a couple of nights but for one drawback: my room smelled. I saw another reviewer complain about this, so maybe they got the same room. Except for some marks on the walls, the room is quite clean. Very small, but clean. The location is great. But there's a noticeable bad smell upon entering the room which makes it feel as if something isn't quite right. And no matter how clean the room looks, it still kind of feels dirty since I kept wondering exactly what was causing the smell. So my suggestion to the staff is, if the room is being cleaned after each guest (and it seems to be clean), add an air-freshener. This is especially important since the window can't be opened to air out the room. Everything else is basically fine.

Good location, Difficult room.
Our bathroom smelled like something was rotting. The room was cramped, as all of these affordable rooms are (my complaint isn't with that). The staff, if present, was dour. But they left extra supplies out for us in case we needed anything, and each floor has its own kitchen. If the bathroom didn't make staying there almost unbearable, it would have been okay and almost desirable to have minimal staff.

Nice location. That's all.
I've stayed in 24Guesthouse but in Insadong, so I thought this would be as nice as there, but it's disappointing. Location: Very nice and close to Sinchon bazaar. It's close to Yonsei University, so you can find everything you want in this area all day. Cleanliness: Not so clean. I don't think they vacuumed my room because I found tons of hair on the floor, but bed is clean. I don't expect much from guesthouse either. Staff: I tried everyday to talk to staff about my bathroom (it's clogged), but I couldn't find one. Yes, I solved the problem myself. During my four-night stay, I haven't found the staff since the day one. They let you checking in and out by taking and dropping the key in a box on their table. Utilities: There're computers, washing machine, kitchen, and freeze that you can use. There's no Drying machine, but a rack on the rooftop deck. There's NO BREAKFAST unlike what they wrote on the information page. They claimed that guests complained a lot about their simple breakfast, so they decided to stop offering breakfast. You have to buy your own breakfast, but 247Guesthouse Insadong still serves their breakfast (bread, coffee, milk and juice.) I don't think guests would complain about free food, so you better continue serving them breakfast. I wouldn't stay their again.

Nice staff
Location is veey good and many restaurant is 24hours nearby. Staff is very nice, helpful and made me comfortable staying here. Will choose this guesthouse again for next trip.

a great place to stay.
the host was kind, the guesthouse was clean and organized, the rooftop offered a great view of the surrounding areas. the guesthouse was in a great location. the bed was almost as large as the room. when i get a room it's almost solely for the purpose of sleeping, so as long as i can set my bag down, have access to an electrical outlet, and can sleep, i'm good. a TV is a plus and a large bed is really just unnecessary.

一定會再回住
一個人的旅行不要求太多，在房間的時間也只有回來睡覺的時候，一床ㄧ衛浴就非常足夠，唯一小缺點就是冰箱好小，一個冰箱只能使用20%的空間，其餘都是壓縮機，真是令人太意外了！櫃檯的服務人員非常親切又有耐心，遇到需要幫忙的時候，還會主動協助，這是我最感動的一件事，謝謝您，雖然我沒有問到名字，但這櫃檯人員，衷心感謝您的幫忙！

以這個便宜的价钱可以住在旺的区域很化算。我訂的是豪华單人房，房间闊落有很多空间，就是欠了—張小桌子罷！前枱的女接待員英語説得很好，但就是表情很冷漠。旅馆的路线也很容易找到。就是新村站3号出口上來向前行。途中很多美粧店，直至見到粉红色Banila Co. 右轉再直行。看見J Tower 就是了，大概5分钟時間就到了！旅馆是在8-10樓，樓下有一間飲品店。

場所は新村駅からすぐのところにあって、周りにたくさんあって楽しめました。水漏れがあったみたいで一日中が使えないことがあってすごく困りました。トイレもお風呂も使えず…Wi-Fiとテレビも見れなくて、見れませんと伝えても修理が終わってなくてと言われるだけで対処とかはなかったです。 設備が大分古くなってます。もう泊まりたくはないですね。
