"If I could give this hotel six stars, I would have. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful, and patient with our questions. They provided us with drinks as VIP expedia members as well, which was nice of them. The hotel itself is located minutes away from the subway and bus stations, which provides an easier time going to various places. This is important since Busan is quite vast and sites can be far from each other. I would recommend this location! "

"We had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Busan. The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern, and we were fortunate to have a spacious room on a high floor with a great city view. The room itself was very comfortable, well-designed, and impeccably maintained. We really appreciated the space and overall quality, and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We didn’t have the chance to try the dining options, so can’t comment on that, but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"My 1st time in Busan & glad that I booked this hotel. It is very convenient with many eateries, GS25 convenience shops nearby. It is very close to Lotte Mall too. The breakfast selection isn’t great and I’m glad that we didn’t booked the room with breakfast. I would definitely book this hotel again if I’m going to Busan."

"The best self-service hotel I’ve stayed in. The apartment was well insulated and came with really strong floor heaters (that we had to turn down). Toiletries are high quality, there was cable TV and a massive fridge. Kitchen was fully equipped and the entire property was really clean. Really appreciate the self-serve luggage storage as well!"

"The room I stayed had a smell but eventually went off after 2 days. Was told floor is heated in winter but only on the 1st day we felt the heat but thereafter none. Room has no kettle as hotel encouraged hot food in their dining area. Breakfast provided was some cereals and bread/ pastry. "
