They were very efficient and courteous during the whole process. Being American, I’m not used to such efficiency and customer service. I’m very impressed. The location was also great. It’s super close to the Cheonggyecheon Stream & just 15 minute walk from Insadong & Ikseon areas. Highly recommend"

"The location of the hotel is very good, right in the central of Myeongdong, makes it very convenient to place all your purchases back at the hotel and back to shopping again! It is close to the airport limousine bus pick up point, the only drawback as it doesn’t have the lobby for drivers’ pick up and drop off. You would have to walk to nearby streets for cab hailing as the cars can’t drive into hotel doorstep. In addition, love the separate shower and toilet arrangement. "
