"This is a cheap guesthouse that you access by code. We never saw reception. The AC did not work at all during our stay so the maximum I can give is three stars, however we didn’t give them a chance to switch our room (already wanted to sleep and it was late) so I won’t give a worse review. "Posting this review super late. I stayed at the end of June. Location was great. A small market, Compose Coffee, Daiso, subway access, and laundromat were within a 5 minute walk. It's a bit small but i didn't mind that at all. "It was an amazing stay, we are 3 families with mostly teenagers. Steve and his wife make sure ther e is enough food for us. They even brew special tea for us due to the cold weather. Very helpful and helped us to book car to airport even we don't stay there at later part of the trip. It snowed on the day we left for Jeju, Steve message me to look out for snow as it was an item the children prayed for. Overall good experience, thanks for the warm hospitality. "
