"Convenient location - walking to subway, department store, E mart, airport bus, etc., Breakfast acceptable- Korean & western, Cleanliness- clean bedding, reliable air conditioner, laundry machine in each unit a plus, but stains on vanity, cracked molding on ceiling, Kitchenette- very well equipped, Staff - professional & prompt. Thanks you for everything!"

"Staff opening room's door even when the guest stay in rooms. the machine parking take few min for bring out car. floor heating boiler were having problem, even hot water was not coming out easily. renting cooking tools were a mass, spoon and chopsticks had stain on it, pan's coating were scratched, knife were not able to cut any of meat."

"The room hadn’t been cleaned in a very very long. Dust, mould, dirt, It was my third hotel in Korea and none were so bad for health but this one. Wheber I was in the room I coughed every and couldn’t breath properly. Im in a different hotel today and not one cough. "
