"We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The location is good, very close to Shin-Osaka station, the staff are always helpful, everything is clean and we like the big communal baths and sauna. Depending on which room you go for, the views of Osaka city are great too"

"The room was spotless & had all of the toiletries we'd need for our week. Plus they offered more at the front desk for free. We paid extra for the breakfast and I'm glad we did, some days we only had time to stop by and grab some juice and a pastry. The room was spacious and the bed was as well. The spa was the best part! Overall for the price & area because everything was close enough to walk or get on the subway/train we enjoyed our stay!"
