"The room is clean and the staff was helpful. But the day I check in, due to the inefficiency of the staff cleaning the room. I was left without body wash and bath towel. In the end, I did get the bath towel. I did not realise the body wash was finish until I took a bath. It’s high time to change the bed, my mum was uncomfortable in the single bed due to something poking my mum’s back."

"The staff were kind and gave refund with no issues. The bed had dead cockroaches in the it. The door to the room couldn’t close properly and could easily be pushed open even if “locked”. We left and stayed at a different place down the street. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Péssima. Me colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, sem ar condicionado, sem ventilador, sem qualquer ventilação, com cheiro de mofo muito forte e baratas. Pingou água do teto no chão, ao lado da cama. Paguei 03 noites e só consegui ficar 01, com muito esforço. Acho que foi a pior experiência em hostel já reservada por aqui "
