"Excellent location. Lovely rooms. Rooftop pool is more for a dipping pool, quite small and it tends to be filled with 20 somethings not really suitable for families. Location is very central but parts of it are quite dodgy with homeless people around. The area is predominantly a muslin area. Near to metro and bus and only about half an hour by taxi from airport."

"It was a beautiful property . We really wanted to experience the rotating restaurant but it was under renovation. Traveling the city was difficult because the hotel is out of the city so bought tickets on metro but it was under renovation and only had 3 stops so was let off in an area we were not familiar with. Communication was limited due to a language barrier . We also had engine trouble on our jet at airport and was made to travel for two days so we missed one night and the establishment didn’t offer to reimburse or make any kind of compensation . It would have been nice since we are Hilton members for many years."
