"We loved our stay here! The location was in such an awesome area which was buzzing day and night, but still felt safe. Only a 5-minute walk away from Metro stations making it very convenient to get around. The staff were amazing! We had a canceled flight out of Japan and the lovely lady at reception helped us to contact the Baggage Delivery service we used to ensure everything was sorted for our new flights. We did day trips to Nara & Kyoto from here and it was a very convenient area to base ourselves from. It did take about 45 minutes to get from Shin-Osaka bullet train to here, but was an easy route. I would highly recommend this hotel. "
