Outdoor shower, terrace (130 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 16 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 9 km, bicycle rental 16 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km. Cycle lane 20 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Organizing a party is not allowed. By groups of young people double deposit is requested on arrival.
