Communication with the owner prior to and during the stay was fantastic - nothing was too much trouble. "We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!"

"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered great advice and help. The property was in a very good condition with stunning views from the lower veranda and pool area. We were very happy with our stay, the only thing to catch us out is that we didn’t realise there was no internal access between the upper flat and the lower flat, which resulted in us only benefiting from the downstairs area as there was only 5 of us. But overall we were very happy here."

Which is still very big for 5 people as the rooms are large and roomy and very very clean. The owner lives in the basement and the top floor. "Prima huis maar wat tegenviel was het feit dat het ( vrij kleine ) zwembad gedeeld moest worden met de gasten van het aanpalende huurhuis. Hier is niets over terug te vinden in de advertentie. Wij hadden geluk dat onze buren geen gebruik maakten van het zwembad maar als dat wel zo was geweest waren er veel te weinig stoelen en ligbedden aanwezig! Graag dus aanpassing in de advertentie op VRBO!"

"It's more than a room, it's your own apartment. It's a studio apartment without a kitchen. There are two beds, one queen and one single and a nice terrace that fits 3/4 people. We were pleasantly surprised. The location is PERFECT! You are within walking distance to both the historic center with dozens of restaurants and the beach! This place is a no brainer, location, super nice hosts and immaculately clean."
