Property is also within 1.2 miles of Oconee Airport, 0.7 miles to a dock, 1.5 miles to the grocery store, and less than 1.3 miles to Y beach public parking (avoid game day traffic if you are coming in for football). Nice place, good location

This was a nice house, close to Clemson. Just a couple minutes to drive into Clemson. Nice places to walk along the lake and in the forest. All the appliances worked and were clean.

Perfect Setting for Family Time

This place was the perfect spot for our Georgia family and North Carolina family to meet up for some quality time together. It's an older home, but everything was in good working order, very clean, and well equipped. The owner was quick to respond to a message left prior to our check in date. We did have a bit of a hiccup during the check in process, but the owner was very apologetic and quick to remedy the situation. I would definitely give two thumbs up.

Excellent House Close to CU

Great house, close to Clemson University and Downtown. We stayed here for CU Family weekend and it was perfect. Quiet, close to campus, relaxing porch and plenty of space. The owners are super nice. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home base

Wonderful location, quiet (some planes on weekdays from nearby regional airport), no light pollution on bedroom side, very accommodating layout. Loved the deck! Very comfortable.

Clemson Family Weekend - great location

Close to Clemson

It's a nice place. Nothing fancy but cozy. They have toys for young kids and you can walk down to Seneca Creek for a swim. The home is very close to Clemson University.

The Seneca Private Setting was very comfortable, very nice home, easy to drive to and great view of the lake. The host communicated well and provided excellent guides for the area and the home. We had a great trip dropping our daughter off at Clemson. The property was quiet but was also close to a ton of amenities! We wish we had more time to hang out at the lake across the street. The path to the water was beautiful, as was the lake. Next time we will plan to bring some floats and our swimsuits to enjoy the water. The home was great for everyone to spread out but also to be together. We enjoyed our stay and the snacks and drinks that Keith provided. Will definitely be back!

Spring Game Get-a-way

Easy Clemson Access

We rented in order to drop our son off at Clemson. The place was great and convenient for enjoying all that the town had to offer. Would definitely recommend for families with children at Clemson looking for someplace nearby.

Great place to stay!

The house was perfect for what we were doing. My son was fishing the BFL ALL AMERICAN fishing tournament. He practiced 3 days & fished the tournament 3 days. It was 2 minutes to the boat ramp & plenty of places to eat close by. I would definitely stay there again.
