"Our stay was amazing. We stayed for a week and we had an activity everyday and was very good for proximity- the most far away activity was 30 minutes for the hanging bridges. Overall an excellent stay for a family of 4 and 2 kids under 10. Would come back here again but there are others areas of Cista Rica we would explore. "

"Love the volcano view and the landscaping that allowed for so much privacy yet walkable to pools and restaurants. Food didn’t disappoint and service was amazing in all staff positions. Ordered room service for dinner and arrived in 30 minutes. Pool bartender Carlos was fabulous and attentive to everyone with patience and humor. "

"The hotel and grounds were excellent. Cleanliness was great as well the staff in the restaurant and bar were also wonderful. The staff in the reception could use some client service training. Some of them were a bit rude and did not provide all of the details of the property when we first checked in. We were expecting to feel welcome and have someone greeting us with some enthusiasm and energy and instead we felt like we were bothering her when we first checked in. Just a reminder for some customer service training for the reception staff. "
