"The area is very dangerous and poor condition. Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money! It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not...

Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the bottom line was that I spent a lot of time trying different ways to access tv, etc to no avail because the hotel's wifi did not work.
