"This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. The surrounding area is convenient as well, with lots of restaurants and places to shop nearby. We had a great experience overall and would happily recommend this place to our friends."

"The breakfast was very good. The Club Lounge range of cocktail needs improvement. Appreciate long island tea and bloody Mary. The room cleaning is good, but the toilet bowl has a strong unpleasant sewer smell even just after it has been cleaned. Perhaps housekeeping should use detergent with nice fragrant odour."

"Room is clean, gym is spacious with sufficient equipment to use. However, treadmill was quite wonky which can be dangerous. Will be good for staff to take a look at the treadmill and have regular maintenance. Buffet spread was good but could have more varieties. Overall the room was clean and nice, spacious and extremely comfortable"

"Everything was great, except that the room type had a connecting room. The soundproof was not that great as we had guest on the other room. It wasn’t bad but do take note that if you are sensitive to noise you could hear some noise next door."

"Breakfast buffet - most items are cold - which is a disappointment . Rooms (themed) are very very cool and the gift in the kids safe is excellent, Shopping centre next door is handy for local food etc. Generally juts needs a bit of updating - but great for a 1 or 2 night stay"

"Just next to CIQ. Will be glad that you are so close to the customs and can just dump the bag before going to shop in KSL or Southkey. In July 2026 the City Square is undergoing renovations so there is not much to shop so take note of that. Everything should be back to normal when the new MRT station opens that links to Singapore. The hotel is modern, new and very welcoming. Did not have breakfast at the hotel but went to the old town to have my nasi lemak and hainanese coffee."

"Location is quite convenient. Near to eateries and massage places. Cleanliness of the property could have been better. There is a morning market on Mondays. The property is along a busy street. Can be noisy in the mornings."
