"Had an issue at Checkin, we had tried to book a Dinner for our one night stay and didnt receive a reply that enabled us to reserve a table, on arrival i asked and was told basically, we had no chance as it was out of the hands of the front desk staff, he was incredibly cold, non emphatic and gave no other options or even seemed to care, its the 1st time we encountered this type of rudeness from a Hotel we have stayed in a few times over the last 5Yrs. "Room was one of the smaller ones on the 4th floor but immaculate. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was compact but also immaculate. The staff were polite and very helpful without exception. The hotel is in an ideal position for a visit to Le Touquet. The staff in the bar appeared to be stretched at times when the bar area was at capacity. But otherwise no issues of concern. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked a return trip in March 2026. "
