Disliked: Staff & service
The manager double booked our accom Then was very rude and aggressive towards us tried move us to jimbaran on the other side of the island We had to leave and find book and pay for another villa a very stressful time for my self and my wife not what we needed for our vacation!
Stayed 11 nights in Sep 2019
