"A couple times a year my aunt, my mother, and myself (all 60 years +) meet at a different Florida location. So, we've been to many vacation rentals. This home is right up there with the best. Amd well stocked, host was amazing with her prompt responses. Would definitely recommend! Very clean"

"Overall, the house is clean and everything was described accurately. However, what we were concerned about in this house was that the toilet was constantly running every 15 seconds (This is not exaggerating, I counted). The door from that bathroom kept getting stuck, meaning whenever someone tried to close it, it slammed pretty loud. Second of all, the second bathroom for the master bedroom had no door which was very odd and awkward. We would love to come back to this house again because of the location near the beach and the neighbors were friendly but we hope that in the future, these suggestions can be fixed."

"The property was very clean. It was close to shops and beach, very convenient. Diane was great to work with as the liaison as well as the owner. Had an issue the first day but it was resolved by day 2. Would definitely rent this house again."

"If you have a big family and like it clean- stay here. Listing is accurate. Property Mngr was very helpful recapping the amenities of the home before our arrival. We stayed 8 fun nights. Just a relaxing and clean place. Great rooms and lounge area. A lot is available— Brain teasers and games for the family(games we’ll kept) towels available. Had a nice laundry room with iron and hangers. Great kitchen with Ice machine in fridge. Quick drive to Indian rock Beach. Publix 4 min away. Garage with fans and ping pong table ..Beach Wagon boogie boards and sand toys for the little ones- also well kept by others. Charcoal BBQ and tools to use available. Leave it clean please… because we will be back with the family’s Plz excuse typos "

"My fiancée and I stayed here for a three-night stay. We frequent the area as we are considering moving down in the near future. The stay here was amazing. The grounds were beautiful! The landscaping, the pool, the firepit circle was all so inviting and comfortable. Upon entering our room, the first thing we noticed were two pieces of rum cake. We both found that to be an extremely warming gesture. The room was cleaned spotless and smelled great. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and washcloths for after beach showers. The bed was extremely comfortable, we rested very well. Check-in and checkout instructions were clearly listed on the wall. They were easy to follow! Overall, this stay was top tier! If you are visiting the area I would 100% recommend this humble abode! "

"The house was perfect for our family beach vacation 7 adults and 5 children fit very comfortably. Steven was very quick to respond to all my questions. Great location. Pool and hot tub were an added benefit. "

It was very clean and we loved the pool and that it had a washer and dryer plus garden tub. Gated community and being close to numerous beaches makes it a great location and place to stay.
