"We were overjoyed when we arrived to Annie’s place in Lourdes. It was spacious, central & tidy, and the bedroom was a comfortable oasis in the clouds. Annie was the most caring and accommodating host I have encountered. She made us feel right at home and even provided us with beautiful crepes and jam. Die Eigentümerin wohnt quasi nebenan und man könnte sich vorstellen, dass sie für einen guten Pilgeraufenthalt der Gäste betet (Ich weiß es nicht und wir haben nicht darüber gesprochen; Marie-Noelle ist aber eine sehr angenehme und zurückhaltene Person, die zudem auch perfekt englisch spricht). "Communication was friendly, reliable and exact. The apartment is situated in a street with very little traffic close to the center - convenient both for going out and for sleeping. The size is comfortable for two people. The kitchen a little small for those who enjoy cooking, but there are a lot of nice places to eat in Lourdes anyway. Overall a nice place to stay."

"Horrible on arrive apres notre installation on remarque que sur les lits et serviettes plein des punaises . On a appelé le mr et il arrive et apres il me dit que il ne peux rien faire . Il nous demande de quitter l'appartement biensur que on a quitté sans réfléchir avec un bebe et un enfant de 3 ans . Honteux de nous laisser dans la rue sans nous chercher quelques part ou dormir car mr il été tranquille quand on a dit que l'appartement il ete infestée des punaises On plus les matelas...
