The villa "Can Flauta," with a wonderful private pool, is idyllically located in the region near the picturesque town of Selva, very close to the village of Inca. Surrounded by green orange trees, this house is situated in a natural setting that promotes rest and relaxation during your stay.

In the outdoor area, you can relax on one of the four loungers or cool off with a pleasant swim in the pool (8x4m). Also outdoors, there is a terrace with a barbecue where you can get together with family or friends. Inside, there is a fireplace for cooler nights. From the terrace and the pool, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Tramuntana Mountains.

The entrance leads you to the living and dining area and the well-equipped country kitchen. There is direct access to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the rural surroundings during breakfast.

This accommodation has a capacity for 5 people distributed in 3 bright rooms and two bathrooms. Two of the rooms have double beds, and the other has a single bed; all have air conditioning. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

Excellent place to stay

The villa is a beautiful and authentic place to stay with beautiful views. It’s quiet and tranquil, ideal for a family, who wants to spend time together. It is spacious inside and outside, and really well equipped. Selva is a lovely little town with a few great places to eat. We have really enjoyed our stay .

Paz máxima

La piscina sin dudarlo ha sido lo que ha marcado la diferencia. También la barbacoa. La casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo, a penas alguna casa esparcida por aquí y por allá. Recinto vallado completamente. Una calma y una paz .... También la gran variedad de sonidos de animales sobretodo a primera hora de la mañana. Desde luego es el lugar ideal para compartir en pareja, hay mucha intimidad. Si te gusta el jolgorio, tendrás que irlo a buscar a otra parte. La casa tenía absolutamente de todo, utensilios para cocina, tostadora, batidora, cafetera de cápsulas, una nevera potente, horno.... carbón y pastillas para la barbacoa, de todo. Los wc con bonolor, sábanas con buen olorcito... en fin todo al detalle. También hacer mención a Gabriel, el propietario, que ha sido muy atento y amable, estando disponible en todo momento.

Alles war wie auf den Bilder beschrieben. Kommunikation mit der Agentur klappt reibungslos...Die Finca liegt abgelegen und ruhig, zum Strand sind es 20 min... Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub.

Schöne Finca im Landesinneren mit super Ausblick

Super Finca zum Abschalten. Wir haben 11 Tage dort verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Die Finca ist auch mit Kleinkindern sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus / Anwesen und alles drum herum, waren einfach perfekt für uns als Familie. das Haus ist sauber, hat 2 getrennte Badezimmer und kann sofort benutzt werden ( alle nur denkbaren Accessoires die man für das tägliche Leben benötigt sind vorhanden. Kurzum rein in das Haus Urlaub an. Glaube so perfekt hatten wir es noch nie. Vielen lieben Dank

Nette sehr ruhig gelegene Finca

Geräumige Finca, sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Finca hat dicke Mauern und die drei Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Finca besitzt alle nötigen Hilfsmittel, die man im Haushalt benötig. Am Pool kann man wunderbar relaxen und sich abends ein Steak auf den gemauerten Aussengrill legen. Mit dem Auto kann man bis vors Haus fahren. Wir hatten einen schönen, ruhigen unspektakulären Aufenthalt.

Amazing! This is a great holiday to have. It has everything you need WiFi, books, films and family..

Amazing! This is a great holiday to have. It has everything you need WiFi, books, films and family games!! Although I can't remember first time I came to C'an Flauta which was in 2006 when I was only four years old. Still I keep coming back with my family every year. I love this place so much it can be called my second home. Gabriel (owner) is the nicest gentlemen I have ever met, he works the best service in cleaning the pool and watering the plants and maintaining the area so you don't have to think about it. This place is so good I am writing my travel writing GCSE coursework on it. Give this place a try and I guarantee 110% you will have the best holiday of your life.

Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Au..

Wer einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Außer einem Hahn, einem Esel und ein paar Hunden in der Ferne hört man nichts. Wie bereits beschrieben, vermisst man in der Finca nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten sind bequem (wichtig: KEINE Mücken, guter Schutz durch den Eigentümer!!), die zwei Bäder sauber und mit richtig Druck aus dem Wasserhahn. Alle deutschen Programme, für das "Frühstücksfernsehen" am Morgen. Bequeme liegen am Pool, der angenehm sauber und ausreichend groß ist und absolut nicht einsehbar. Wanderfreunde kommen hier besonders auf ihre Kosten. Gabriel, der wirklich freundliche und absolut unkomplizierte Vermieter; hatte eine Menge an Wanderführern ausliegen, mit tollen Routen. Wichtig und absolut Notwendig ist ein Mietwagen. Ein großer spanischer Supermarkt, mit toller Fleisch und Fischtheke fürs Grillen, sowie ein Lidl sind in 5min mit dem Auto unkompliziert zu erreichen. Wir haben einige wunderschöne Strände besucht, welche jedoch mit dem Auto 35-45min entfernt sind. Man sollte sich klar darüber sein, dass der nächste Strand mind 20min mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Aber das "nach Hause kommen" entschädigt für die Fahrerei. Wobei die Lage letztlich sogar recht gut ist, um Ausflüge zu machen, man erreicht viele schöne Märkte und herrliche Plätze auf der Insel in jedweder Himmelsrichtung in 30min. ebenso wie den Flughafen. Zusammenfassend: Die erste Buchung von einem Ferienhaus war Perfekt! Can Flauta rocks!!! BYE BYE Hotels dieser Welt!
