"We had a family room with bunk beds for the kids and had an excellent stay. The property is minutes from Cortina, but in a quiet setting with beautiful views. The front desk and restaurant staff were courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay again."

"We made a last minute booking to this hotel very late at night and they were able to not just give us a room with separate beds but an upgrade to the one we had booked! Thank you very much! Very spacious, comfortable beds and friendly staff! Areas of improvements would be the AC and attaching a separate shower head in the bathrooms. My friend mentioned there were issues with the AC and I would have personally appreciated a separate shower head attachment and not solely a fixed overhead shower. There was a slight miscommunication with breakfast timings, we were told breakfast would end at 10:30 (and is also what is stated on the Expedia page) however when we popped down at 10:10, they had already packed up and were told by the catering staff that breakfast ends at 10:00. Nonetheless, the staff were very accommodating and brought out a few bits and bobs for us to eat. Overall, had a great stay! "

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly with our toddler. The evening food was exquisite, four course meal each night (half board, with separate food made for our toddler, thanks!) and breakfast buffet had a good choice for all. The hotel is very clean, with gorgeous surroundings, swings and play area for our toddler, and nice spa facilities for the family. We highly recommend! Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable! "
