"The chalet was really nice with new and modern decorations. Sufficient of cookware and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and local shops. The only downside was about the amount of toiletries. We had 4 people staying for 3 nights, but there were only 2 toilet rolls and tester-sized shampoo and shower gel. "

"The area is superb, plenty to see and do and Brighton is less than an hour away by car. Rob and Emma went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The cottage was gorgeous, very comfortable and clean. Couldn't be happier with a bank holiday stay and would go back in a heartbeat."

"We were celebrating my 70th birthday along with my three sons, their partners and four young grandchildren. The property was excellent, well-equipped and had a fair-sized swimming pool, which everybody enjoyed. We were there for 3 days and ate out for our main meals. The only issue was that the cleaners had let the owners down by not putting the bedding on in a couple of bedrooms. This was quickly resolved by the agent, Molly."

From a welcome gift of wine and chocolates to the small Christmas tree these were great additions for our trip. Many thanks to the owners. This is a perfect spot to explore the town."

The kitchen was well equipped and the garden was well kept with comfortable furniture. Good location for local grocery shopping and only 15 minutes walk to the town centre and seafront.
