"Nice, spacious unit. Well furnished and maintained. Balcony was well used but would have benefitted from more comfortable seating. The table and chairs on balcony were functional but not comfortable for sitting any length of time. Kitchen area was useful, though personally I would have preferred an oven or microwave for heating food. Great, large shower. Nicely laid out bathroom with quality fixtures. Bed was comfortable as was sofa bed. Air-conditioning unit started dripping water at 3am on our 5th day so we had to switch it off, not ideal when outside temperature was in the 30's. Sent WhatsApp to ask for repair in the morning and left unit off while we were out for day. No idea if someone came to repair, or if leaving system off for 6 hours reset it, but it worked again for our final night. The common areas were not always the cleanest as there were often empty beer bottles, sometimes smashed, in the foyer in the morning. At times it didnt feel hugely safe as people would follow us into building and, other than slamming the door in their face, there was no way of stopping them, or knowing if they were guests or not. The location was close to all the local shops and restaurants and handy for all we needed on our trip. We would stay again as space and finish in the suite was better than most others in the area."

"The room suited our needs, The shower water pressure was wonderful, There is 24 hour coffee access, and the breakfast was excellent. The room needs a little bit of maintenance - the paint was dirty and the carpeting in the hallway needs to be shampooed. The rooms are not carpeted. I would have also liked some extra pillows. There were only 2 for 2 people. It’s directly attached to Munster Hbf which makes it very convenient."

"I stay here for one night around four to six times a year with my two Chihuahuas while travelling between the UK and Scandinavia. The hotel only has two EV chargers, but I have always been able to charge my car during my stay. Dogs are welcome in the hotel, guest rooms, and outdoor areas, although they are not permitted in the restaurant or pub. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the motorway and roughly the same distance from Münster city centre, making it a convenient stopover. The staff are friendly and welcoming, especially if you make the effort to say a few words in German, although most speak good English as well. One thing to be aware of during the summer is that there are a lot of ticks in the surrounding area, so it's a good idea to check your dogs thoroughly several times after they've been outside."

"The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. There was no aircon and no kettle. My ensuite bathroom had a few problems: the sink was blocked, one shower door was off its rails so hard to open close, and the shower head attachment was loose. The biggest problem was the check in which was incredibly slow, and I think the member of staff could have handled it far better than he did. When I arrived there were three people at the desk who were obviously in the middle of a very long complicated transaction of some kind, and they were obviously on no hurry. It involved phoning people up and asking numerous things of the desk clerk. I was obviously impatient to check in, and I think he should and could have checked me in and then continued dealing with the other people, or he could have called over the other member of staff who was at the bar with no customers to serve. I had already paid and my check in would only take 30 seconds, and the other people were obviously in no hurry. I even asked whether I should come back later, as I find it incredibly frustrating to have to wait ten minutes for something that should be so quick, but for some reason he said no I had to wait. Altogether the check in experience was terrible."

"I had forgotten that my room would actually be more like a studio apartment, and I adored the setup! A REWE is quite close, so I was able to purchase some food and store it in the fridge. The location is convenient to the Bahnhof, shopping, and restaurants, and it didn't take very long for me to walk to the Peace Hall, St. Paulus-Dom, and the University. I was in town for a conference, and my little apartment felt like a home away from home!"
