"This home was well maintained and spotless - the pool was lovely and the kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable and there is a lot of space! Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! A few minor niggles - loud lawn mower, tree trimmer from 5am every day disturbed sleep. Shower system quite old, leaky and small bathrooms. It is fully remodeled and updated, comfortable bedding and furniture, good water pressure, two bathrooms, and a convenient location. My only regret is that I would have liked staying in it longer! "We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. It was the perfect place for our group. The property is beautiful and allowed for a wonder view of the sunset. The property manager was very kind. There were a few beers and a fresh bowl of fruit for us to enjoy when we arrived. The location was perfect and with a gated property felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property for anyone traveling to this area."

"The house has everything you need. WiFi is excellent. Quiet! We have stayed right in Mystra before and did not get used to church bells hourly. You must navigate a winding road high into the hills, with a gate you need to physically open and close every time, with a steep driveway continuing up to the house.
