"stayed here every year for last 5 years and felt it had declined.. they have a premier check in which bring a good member i stood and waited but they ignored me and people arriving after myself were being checked in /served before myself.. why have this service?? i’d rather not have it and que with everyone one else than being ignored.. told reception but he didn’t seem bothered.. my cleaner on the 7th floor (the level) was brilliant.. friendly and attentive.. pool always beautiful.. but still...
"Great pools and the children activities were excellent. Clean and nice room with a balcony. Very good breakfast. I just didn't like that there were a few cats around the mini-golf area. "
