"We stayed at Down on Main one Christmas and fell in love with the property and the town so decided to check it out without the snow. We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. "L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙"

"The stay at the Benton was very nice. The place was clean, bright, nicely decorated, and had all the conveniences of home. Close to many places to visit, shop, or see a concert. Great directions and communication from the owners was clear and easy to understand. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much. "

"My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial weekend and had an amazing time. I cant quite put into words how much we loved this place. It smells like history and books. There is an entire wall of so many different books - I wish I could stay for a year to relax and read them all! They also have dvds, video games, puzzles, and board games. "This place was exactly what we needed after spending the day walking around Eureka Springs! We value our privacy and quiet, and the jacuzzi tub was perfect to soak in after a long day. We loved the outdoor sitting area to drink our coffee in the morning and listen to the birds!"

"It was very clean and comfortable overall and in a great beautiful location! We did have trouble with communication with the property owner regarding changing our reservation and the scent of the air freshener in the apartment was overpowering to the point it gave me a headache. So we probably won’t stay here again unfortunately with the abundance of places to stay in the town."

"This is an easy access location in a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Mark, was extremely friendly and helpful. Take his recommendations on where to eat! The studio apartment we stayed in was so nice! It was just perfect for us. We never got to meet his wife but I’m sure she helped decorate it and it was very pretty. If we’re back in that area we will be sure to call there first for accommodations. Rex & Debby"
