"Location,size of room and breakfast were lovely! However it was let down by inconsistent staffing of reception! On arrival in the evening despite knocking on several,what seemed like office doors and ringing reception we still had an appalling wait for a member of staff! He seemed to also appear from one of the doors we’d knocked on so had ignored our knock. When he did arrive (short male with short dark hair) he was miserable,unwelcoming and didn’t tell us any of the usual information such as breakfast times and location or pool opening times. The pool area also had a disgusting looking area of water that was there before you had a chance to avoid it and couldn’t avoid it if you wanted to access the pool! Looking dirty and not nice at all!"

"La maison est située à quelques centaines de mètres du centre-ville et idéalement située pour visiter les principales attractions alsacienne.Le logement est bien plus grand qu'il ne paraît sur les photos, on peut très facilement y séjourner à 4.Il est très bien équipé tant au niveau des appareils électroménagers que du linge de maison ou de la vaisselle.La literie est neuve et très haut de gamme.Les gérants ont été au petits soins et nous ont recommandé les meilleures tables de la région.Un soin particulier est pris pour fleurir la maison et il est agréable d'être reçu parmis les géraniums et surfinas.Le tout pour un excellent rapport qualité-prix.Merci pour ce séjour, nous recommandons vivement."
