"When we arrived at the hotel they did not have our booking in their system and looked very surprised to see anyone there. We were the only guests at the entire hotel, but they still did not have a room available for us at 3.30pm when we arrived. We got our room at 4.30pm but was told we should wait 1 hour with using the private pool as they had just put in the chlorine. The rooms are a bit messy and dusty. "There was poor internet access and not able to watch any tv shows for almost a week!!! At outdoor kitchen were infested with lot of ants.And those dishes were not even cleaned and stored away. Bathroom dirty towels were even reused in bathroom cabinet without changing for fresh cleaned towels. Also at nights, there were loud noises including loud music and conversations right next to our cabin. Very distrurbing noises thru the nights..will never use this resort ever again.."
