"Nice clean decent sized room. Plenty of choice for breakfast hot and cold. Nice pools across the road by the

front. Short walk to main area with lots of restaurants. Not many parking spaces, we were lucky as someone was leaving. Streets rammed with cars so not a lot of parking elsewhere. Reception staff wasn’t overly friendly insisting on a voucher from Expedia which we didn’t have but then the manager said it was ok."

"We were very unhappy with our stay. When we arrived the ladies at the reception told us to park our car at the car park and then we can check in. Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. I have sent my request when I made the booking and called in 2 times, when we arrived...

area is concrete w/lounge chairs. Check-in person was very gracious but evening person was the opposite. We needed extra towels because shower had created wet mess in bathroom — told that would cost extra. (The manager did finally approve replacement dry towels). Room view was outstanding, breakfast buffet was sufficient. Bars of soap smallest possible. Surprised it is 4 stars; more like 3."
