For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

It features 3 master bedroom suites, all with King size beds, 3 living room areas, and 2 laundry rooms. **Also please note, the bunk room is now 2 bunk bed units for a total of 4 twin beds.** The large kitchen is ready for those family meals at home and can even sit everyone together in the dining room. There is a gas grill available for your all-grilling masterpieces. The decks offer great views of the bay, canal and even allows for monitoring the pool. The large private pool is ready for those hot summer days when you don't want to go to the beach or a nighttime dip in the moonlight. There is a private pier for your boat and jet skis. The owner even has provided kayaks for guest use. With an plenty of parking in the driveway and an elevator available for handicapped individuals/seniors, everyone in your family can come join the fun!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. This home only rents to families and multi-family groups, no groups. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent.
* There is room for two vehicles in the driveway.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods. This home only rents to families and multi-family groups, no groups. Linen & Towel Rental available upon request.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 13 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
