"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"Blu guesthouse is a delightful bungalow far from the maddening crowd. It is charming, clean property at the edge of Amed and amongst very friendly villagers. This was the perfect place for a solo traveler looking for a peaceful retreat with partial ocean views. The beach is easily accessible via "stairway to heaven" which was about 1.5km away. "The host for Villa Wirada confirmed our stay in Dec. 2024. Just prior to our travel, the host wrote to say 'sorry I double booked your dates' and I'll find you a like property, which I agreed to. BIG mistake. The property he booked us in was disgusting on every level. fecal matter in the toilet, musty smell in the rooms, dirty sheets, no clean water, etc...he billed us the same price for Villa Wirada, which I imagine is nice.
