"Nice property with better amenities than is standard in the USA."

"Stayed for 5 nights twin room. It’s just 2-3 minutes walk from train station. The hotel entrance is just next to Lawson. Reception is on 5th floor. Check in and out by self service machine so it’s superb convenient. Room is quite big by Japan standard. There’s a chair and small table near the window. Another smaller chair Bathroom is big enough for 2 to step in and brush teeth together! PJ/loungewear is provided as well."

"Great location and spacious pods/ beds. Each bed has an assigned locker large enough to store valuables. Loads of room under the beds for suitcases. Charging points in the pods. Nice bar area and friendly staff."

"Such a lovely Ryokan, the staff were all so kind and nice. Super friendly! Explained everything so well and offered pick up from a nearby train station and drop off at local monkey park. The baths were all so different and the vibes were really good. Would definitely go again! I'd recommend everyone to go if you want to stay in the area."

"A very comfortable stay for us on a road trip. The property is located in the mountains, about 30-45 minutes to the coastline where all the actions are. Rooms were very clean and spacious. We had rooms that overlook the ski lifts. We went during the quiet season so there was limited dining options. It is a huge property with lots of attractions and we could imagine the buzz in the peak seasons. There was no air-conditioning in the rooms during our stay but the staff brought in electric fans which did the job. A nice stay after all."

"Hotel right next to station and a variety of restaurants and shops. Easy access, room older decor but comfortable and has everything you need. Breakfast very good value. Definitely stay again. "
