"For North American travellers, this property is much better than its rating. It is a beautiful property about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Nagoya station. Local train station from the hotel is about a 5 minute walk. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most spoke enough English to help us navigate the local sights and train system. Many restaurants and stores in the area. It took us about 10 minutes to get from the hotel to Nagoya castle. Very highly recommended "
