"Very confortable, very well located at the north of Paris (Saint Denis), a lot of space, very close from the St-Denis Basilic and Metro (12 mins walk approx). "Coming from the US, I would consider a car necessary for this property. Parking is difficult since anyone can park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate one car, but it is likely that someone will park on the street and block the driveway access. House is well-organized. Bedrooms/Bathrooms/kitchen on the top floor, living room/TV area in the bottom floor. No air conditioning in any of the rooms, so summer will be very warm. Very attentive management. Easy check...

"No A/C as was indicated in ad. Rooms on the top level got very hot. Two of the doors to the exterior and 1 window on main level could not be locked or closed properly. Main bathroom only had one small functioning lightbulb, made for very dim bathroom use after dusk. Bring toilet paper. Would not recommend."

"Our stay there at this house was great, this house was very well prepared for us with a lot of space (4 rooms + 2 bed sofas + 2 full bathrooms + kitchen + living room and patio) and confort for the 6 of us. It is very well located at Saint Dennis, North of Paris, but very accesible by car and Bus/Metro system. "Hello :) The flat was very clean and the host was always reachable and very nice. It is furnished and everything is there. Although the location is not near the center but just 5 minitues takes to reach the bus station. The buses bring to RER and Metro. It was my first time in France but I had no problem to find the ways and using of metro. The place is quiet and I really enjoyed my time there. I advice it 100 prozent. "We rented this property for 3 nights, but only stayed one night and then had to rent a hotel for the other two nights. This property has bedbugs. BEDBUGS!! The property manager refused to refund my money and VRBO was no help at all. I have never left a bad review on VRBO, but I’ve never had to deal with bedbugs before either."

"Die Unterkunft ist minimal ausgestattet es ist aber alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage war super! Bahnhof, Geschäfte und Restaurants oder Bars alles in Fußnähe. Halbe Stunde mit dem Zug und man ist schon mitten in Paris. Die Vermieter sind super freundliche Menschen. Konnten leider kein Deutsch oder Englisch aber mit der Sprachfunktion bei einem Übersetzer konnten wir uns super verständigen. Gerne wieder!"

"It's hard to find a place for 9 people to stay for a week that is near Paris but is affordable AND offers amenities for making our own Christmas dinner. With Gabriel's help we found just that, in a place with lovely decor and unique artworks. Between the architecture and interior design and Gabriel's kind and quick responses, it was an ideal Christmas for a family that hadn't been able to celebrate together otherwise!"
