"What a find , all the reviews are bang on. An exceptionally warm welcome from Carolina and Max. Hotel is in the middle of everything walking distance to anywhere on a beautiful paved cafe street perfect for people watching. Had all Of my pre requisites for a work trip , great bed great blackout curtains and a great shower plus an area near reception serving comp coffee , tea , juice and water can’t fault it and have already booked for next year , you should too "

"We are repeat customers. Love love this place. Staff is friendly. Perfect for families. We stay to go to the M Tennis academy a few miles away. We use the tennis court, the pool and love the easy parking. We love the breakfast, it’s worth it! Only €22 for fresh pressed fruit juices, so many great choices from hot food like bacon, eggs, sausage to cheese, charcuterie, fresh fruit, cereals, yogurt and espresso machine. The price has only gone up €1 in the last 3 years! As a traveling parent I love the small kitchen and refrigerator in my room. Makes life more comfy. The restaurant Le Sevran is really excellent for an in hotel restaurant. I usually find them mediocre but man this chef and culinary team work wonders! They offer lamb, fresh fish and even their poke bowl is pretty decent given we are 1,000s of miles from Hawaii. There are mostly business travelers so there’s no tourists and party people. It’s very tranquil and calm facility. Tip: Have your transportation arranged ahead of your stay. We arrived on Sunday so couldn’t get our rental car. Uber and Bolt is really tough to summon in the early morning and late in the evening. "

"Wonderful and friendly service from the minute we drove up the the minute we left. Everyone was so helpful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could ever need. The location is in the best spot, right in the middle of everything and we walked everywhere. Thank you for making our first time to Cannes so enjoyable. "

"I’ve stayed in many different hotels in Cannes over the years and I’ve just found my favourite! Beautiful room with an amazing view, close to everything and only a short walk to The Palais where my meetings were. Great staff, spotless room, highly recommended!"

"Very dissapointing stay at this hotel. I specifically asked if they do house cleaning everyday and they said yes. I stayed for 2,nights. The second day at noon, the cleaner knocked on my door. I told her to come back later. Well, she never did. I was tempted to tell the front desk to remind her to clean my room as I left the hotel for the day, but did not. I came back to a filthy room, rubbish needed to be taken out. Bed should have been made. I had assumed the house keeping staff just come back to the room later to clean it. But I guess they don’t keep track here. Very small rooms. Not good value for the price. Sadly not a good stay. Avoid if possible "
