"Terrible check-in process (didn't receive the codes for access to the hostel and room, and host was difficult to deal with, insisting that the codes had been sent to me, but hadn't), but overall nice place in Lourdes within easy walking distance of the shrine and close to shops and train station. "For the last 16 years, I’ve stayed at Best Western Beasejour when I do my pilgrimage to Lourdes. It is very convenient as it is right across from the Gare de Lourdes (train station) and only a 15 minute walk to the shrine. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. It also has the best restaurant in the Haute Pyrenees, Le Parc restaurant. The staff, especially Madam at the front desk is always welcoming and friendly. Whether you are a family with children, friends, pilgrim groups, couples or solo travelers like me, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lourdes. It is truly the “Best.” "
