Gedateerde woning op afgelegen locatie

De woning is prachtig gelegen op de top van een heuvel en heeft een groot zwembad. De ruimte binnen is meer dan voldoende maar is wel aan een flinke opknapbeurt toe. De bedden, badkamers, keuken, terras en het zwembad zijn aan vervanging toe of hebben een grondige opknapbeurt nodig. In de woning is het erg warm en lijkt continu de vloerverwarming aan te staan bij gebruik van warm water. Buiten wordt je opgevreten door de muggen, ook overdag. Ligt erg afgelegen en wegen zijn zeer slecht.

Wundervolles Landhaus in der Toskana

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie in diesem großen, geräumigen, typischen toskanischen Landhaus. Es gibt einen großen und sehr gepflegten Pool und einen sehr schönen gepflegten großen Garten. Die Umgebung ist wunderbar, sofern man auf ländliche Umgebung Wert liegt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich.

super Lage, traumhafter Garten, sehr ruhig. Tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Engagierter Gastgeber, sehr bemüht den Wünschen der Gäste gerecht zu werden.Schaut regelmäßig vorbei, Unterhaltung nur in italienischer Sprache. grosses, sehr geräumiges Haus, für große Gruppen ideal. Piękny dom z zewnątrz, piękny ogród, duży basen z widokiem na okolicę. Bardzo dużo traci przez kiczowaty wystój, mnóstwo starych zakurzonych lalek, plastikowych kwiatów, figurek, kiczowatych obrazków, 2 fotele, które normalny człowiek wyrzuciłby parę lat wcześniej. Gdyby całą tę tandetę wyrzucić dom bardzo by zyskał. Ocena wtedy najwyższa.

Klimatyczny, wspaniały dom z ogromnym potencjałem wymagający jednak trochę uporządkowania. Liczne dekoracje - stare, wątpliwe, I niepotrzebne zakłócają klimat pięknego toskanskiego domu. Gospodarz wspaniały - bardzo miły, pomocny, komunikatywny. Otoczenie domu gwarantujące całkowitą prywatność, no i ten basen ( wymagający co prawda sporego zachodu gospodarza)... the best!! a widoki z niego są bezcenne. Dziękujemy XXX :)

Dom położony jest cudownie. Widoki wspaniałe, basen bardzo duży - komfortowy. Prawdziwy wiejski/toskański dom - To jego zaleta i wada jednocześnie: Na “+”, to przede wszystkim bardzo miły gospodarz, który codziennie dogląda Dom zachowany dość oryginalnie, można poczuć, że jest się w prawdziwej Toskanii I tu “-”: wystrój domu - mnóstwo porcelanowych lalek (wydawało nam się, że to są siostry słynnej z horrorów “Annabelle”), do tego sztuczny kogut i kot - te elementy powinny zniknąć
